how u do it?

The Process

Please start by filling in the form (button below) to send us details about the commission you’d be interested in. We’ll be back in touch to gather any other information we need to create a quote with estimated timelines.  We may try and arrange a chat to discuss more details and explore ideas and designs.

If you’re happy to proceed with the quote, we ask for half upfront to cover material costs, which is non-refundable once the work starts. We will also need the cost of the miniatures if you would like us to purchase them for you.

We can then purchase the miniatures, out-of-the-ordinary materials and transportation materials if you’re not providing these.

We’ll keep you updated throughout with regular photos. We’ll start with an initial test model, painting it to completion for your approval (we can make minor changes at this stage).

Once the job is complete, we’ll ask for the remaining half and then get your miniatures posted to you!  Or if you’re not too far from us, you can come and collect them in person.
